2026 Cambodia Kid’s Camp

  • Siem Reap, Cambodia | Sep 27 - Oct 1 2026

Kid’s Camp is an event that brings together all 16 New Hope Children’s Homes in one location! This camp will be filled with fun, group worship and teachings, breakout sessions, and special sessions for house parents and staff of these homes. Team members will support this camp by spending time with the kids, playing with them during free time, and supporting camp activities. This trip is open to children and youth as well as adults. If a minor goes on this trip he or she must be accompanied by an adult.

Cost Breakdown: 

Flight: Please purchase and arrange your own flight and travel insurance. 
 
In-Country Costs: approximately USD $1200 per person (covers lodging, all meals, bottled water, and local transportation including airport pickup and drop off from and to Siem Reap Airport).  Please contact us for a final and confirmed price closer to the date of the camp.
 
*For an additional cost, you can extend your trip by a few days before the camp and spend time with the kids at a Children’s Home. 
 
​Please note that Cambodian tourist visas, airport snacks, and souvenirs are all separate costs for this trip. 

Please note that minor changes to the schedule may occur. Only registered volunteers will be notified of any updates closer to the camp date.
The estimated costs are provided in USD because Cambodia widely accepts US dollars for transactions, particularly in tourism and hospitality sectors.

Volunteer Requirements

Mandatory Documentation and Insurance

All volunteers must complete and sign the volunteer form. Additionally, it is mandatory for each volunteer to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical expenses, trip cancellations, personal liability, and any specific activities related to the volunteer programme. This ensures that volunteers are adequately protected during their participation.
 

Flight Arrangements

Volunteers are encouraged to arrange and purchase their own flight tickets to and from the programme location. This allows for flexibility and personal preference in travel plans.

Accommodation and Meals

All accommodation and meal arrangements are coordinated through SEAPC Limited. Volunteers must make payments for these services directly to SEAPC Limited, as they are responsible for organising and managing these aspects of the programme.

Information Sharing with Partner Organisations

Please be aware that volunteer information will be shared with our overseas partners, including SEAPC USA and New Hope for  Children’s Home (NHCH) in Cambodia, who are co-organising the camp. This collaboration ensures a cohesive and well-structured programme for all participants.
